T.I.M.E.SM FAQs

What is T.I.M.E.SM?

T.I.M.E.SM (an acronym for Time Is Mine to Enjoy) is an exclusive amenity offered only by Crescent Communities. It combines three distinct services, which, bundled together, save homeowners time in their everyday lives. T.I.M.E.SM includes the services of a full-time Activities Director who plans year-round activities for residents, a Community Coordinator who manages the day-to-day business of the community, and a Resident Services Manager who negotiates and oversees a wide variety of service providers for residents of Crescent communities.

What are the resident services available?

Initially, yard services (including landscaping, gutters), cleaning services (including pressure washing, maid service, dry-cleaning pick up and delivery, car detailing) and meal services (including prepared meals/personal chef and grocery delivery) will be available at special negotiated rates for Crescent residents only. We will be expanding the services. The easiest way to see all that is currently available is to visit www.CrescentTIME.com.

How much does it cost?

Crescent subsidized all costs associated with building the web site and launching T.I.M.E.SM. The cost associated with managing the ongoing service, which is shared by all the communities it serves, is expected to be less than $10 per month per family and is built into the POA dues.

Where is it available?

T.I.M.E.SM is currently available to homeowners in Crescent communities managed by Crescent Resources - Springfield, The Farms, Falls Cove and Chapel Cove.

When will all Crescent communities have T.I.M.E.SM?

Whenever they want it! If you live in a Crescent community that has assumed management of the POA, all you need to do is indicate that you would like to implement this service and it will be made fully available to you. To start the process, please call Paige Grisette at 980-321-6276.

Can I use the services if I am not a resident but own land in a Crescent community?

Yes, all property owners of Springfield, The Farms, Falls Cove and Chapel Cove are eligible to receive the benefits of T.I.M.E.SM, but are dependent upon the delivery areas of the service providers. If you do not have a home in the community, service requests will be fulfilled if at all possible. However, they are not guaranteed as service and deliveries are negotiated for community locations only.
