T.I.M.E.SM begins the moment you move in. Your Community Coordinator will make sure your community's environment is taken care of should problems arise. Once you're moved in, take advantage of the Resident Services Manager who'll provide a personal touch as they help you arrange time and money-saving services with service providers in your area. Contact your community's Activities Director to find out what year-round activities are planned for you and your family to enjoy. Finally, it's time for you.
Community Coordinator
“Someone should really do something about that.” Now someone is. Your Community Coordinator is responsible for making sure your community remains beautiful and maintained. Say the park bench needs sanding, a swing set needs replacing or potholes need fixing, the Community Coordinator is here to address any problems or concerns that could arise in and around the community.
Activities Director
Get into the swing of things by contacting your Activities Director who will help make sure your social calendar is filled with creative, fun activities the entire family will enjoy. Check the sample calendar for types of events for kids and parents. Your Activities Director will have your kids up and at ‘em with activities like pizza and movie nights, summer camps and swim teams. Parents benefit as well, enjoying things like community-sponsored wine tastings, guys and gal's nights out, fitness classes and more.
Resident Services Manager
Homes have needs too. Needs that require an expert’s know-how. Your Resident Services Manager is here to help save you time in finding quality service providers. Need help finding a landscaping service? Or a housecleaning service? How about a personal chef? Just request a service online, and the service provider of your choice will complete the job. Your Resident Services Manager will frequently check in with you and the service providers to make sure the jobs you’ve requested are moving along to your expectations.
