Why Was T.I.M.E.SM Created?

Crescent Communities envisioned the ultimate in amenities possible for luxury living. The vision that ensued was T.I.M.E.SM (Time Is Mine to Enjoy). The idea behind T.I.M.E.SM is the bundling of three distinct and valuable services that allow homeowners the opportunity to enjoy all of the comforts that living in a Crescent community provides while leaving the community and household matters to someone else. For the moment, T.I.M.E.SM is exclusively available to residents in Springfield, The Farms and Falls Cove, with plans to include Chapel Cove in the near future. Although T.I.M.E.SM is not currently offered in all of Crescent’s communities, we’ve made it easy to enroll. Simply ask your POA for T.I.M.E.SM to be added to your community’s budget, and we’ll have your Crescent community up and running in no time.

Springfield

Amenities that celebrate outdoor living. With a golf course and nearly half of the community dedicated to open space, Springfield has something for everyone. Just within Frisbee range is Orchard Park, Springfield’s amenity area, where you can catch up with neighbors during a host of community activities. The nearby 2300-acre Anne Springs Close Greenway makes for an inviting walk, run, bike or horseback ride. Springfield is located in Fort Mill, just a short drive from Charlotte.

The Farms

Life here has a down-home charm. The Farms is located in the south Iredell County area of Lake Norman. At the Homestead, the amenity area at The Farms, you’ll enjoy a junior Olympic-size swimming pool to train for the gold, six tennis courts to work on your serve and an activities field where you can have a picnic, fly a kite, hit grounders and kick around soccer balls.

Falls Cove

Get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Falls Cove is located at the crossroads of I-77 and I-40. The Retreat, Falls Cove’s future amenity area, will include a junior Olympic-size swimming pool, lazy river, six tennis courts and a gym. Falls Cove is adjacent to Lake Norman State Park, where you and your family can enjoy fun afternoons together in natural surroundings.

Chapel Cove

Where nature comes together with neighbors. Soon, you’ll be able to stroll along sidewalks that curve throughout the community, or take the kids to Wildwood Park, Chapel Cove’s future amenity area, which will include a junior Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis courts and a wear-yourself-out playground. On warm days, head down to the pavilion to get a kayak or canoe for a paddle around Lake Wylie. Chapel Cove is just minutes from uptown Charlotte and 15 minutes from Charlotte-Douglas International Airport.
